As a Presales Engineer - Solution Design, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our technical solutions. You will be the key technical resource for the sales team, working closely with prospective clients to understand their needs and design customized solutions around our core offerings: MDM, UEM, EMM, VDI, and Digital Signage. Your expertise in solution design and technical consultation will help clients make informed decisions and drive sales growth.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience working with Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions.
Familiarity with secure OS solutions, kiosk environments, and secure digital signage platforms.
3+ years of experience in a technical presales, solutions architect, or solution design role within IT infrastructure or software solutions.
Proven experience working with MDM, UEM, EMM, VDI, and Digital Signage solutions.
Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware, Citrix, and Microsoft Hyper-V.
Proficiency with endpoint management tools like Microsoft Intune, AirWatch, or MobileIron.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Ability to create technical documentation, proposals, and solution architectures.
Hands-on experience with implementing or supporting VDI solutions and cloud technologies.
